Primexis’ Transaction Services team provides services for all financial aspects relating to mergers, acquisitions and company restructuring.

                 
 
 

The team advises on and can assist you with company transactions, audits of acquisition and transfer, and evaluations of companies or assets.

 

Working closely with other areas of Primexis this team of specialists offers all the services needed to help you complete a company transition. These include:

acquisitions: due diligence, assessment, assistance in the negotiation of financial conditions, integration of the target group in the buyer, and post-acquisition management
operations assignments in a business or a subsidiary: throughout this process, identifying the structure of the operation, conducting financial analysis (business plan, vendor due diligence)

Additionally, if required, we can undertake independent assessments for compliance with specific French regulations, such as the commissariat à la fusion et aux apports (independent reporting accountant for assets restructuring and mergers).
