Our Management Team

The Primexis management team is made up of 14 partners and 6 directors who are experts in the fields of accounting, taxation, payroll and HR. They guide our company, helping us live our purpose and achieve our vision to lead the future of snacking. Their pragmatic approach is a major asset for decision-making and our development strategy

Olivier Touchard

Chairman

A chartered accountant, Olivier Touchard has been Chairman of the firm since 2007. He is also a member of the European governance committee of the Leading Edge Alliance.

Sébastien Courbe

Managing Director

A chartered accountant, Sébastien Courbe manages a team of 80 employees spread over three service lines dedicated to consolidation and reporting, to the integration of group information systems and to management audit.

Jean-Christophe Lemière

Managing Director

Jean-Christophe Lemière manages the Banking – Insurance – Consulting department dedicated to this sector’s accounting and finance departments. Since 2016 he has also led the Accounting and Finance Assistance department.

Matthieu Brongniart

Partner Consolidation and Reporting

A Chartered Accountant, Matthieu Brongniart specializes in assisting companies in the preparation of their consolidated accounts. An IFRS expert, he works on consulting assignments, particularly within the framework of business-combination operations or the sale of business divisions, transitions to IFRS standards or on IPOs.

Olivier Carlier

Partner Consolidation and Reporting

Olivier Carlier specializes in preparing consolidated accounts under IFRS standards for listed groups operating in various business sectors and, more specifically, real estate. An IFRS expert, he regularly works on consulting assignments linked to business combinations.

Eric Chenailler

Partner International Business Services

A Chartered Accountant, Eric Chenailler oversees outsourced accountancy assignments, mainly for non-core business subsidiaries, but often consolidated, listed French groups, both industrial and banking groups (holdings, SPV portfolios, run-off activity etc.). He also specializes in asset financing.

Robert Filser

Partner Banking Insurance Consulting

Robert Filser oversees Banking and Insurance Consulting services (regulatory, operational assistance, accounting controls, management controls and data management) and predominantly consulting assignments (operational consulting and the transformation of the finance function).

Alexis Gasto

Partner International Business Services

Alexis supports the subsidiaries of international groups to set up and develop in France. He has a broad field of expertise that enables him to cover accounting, tax and reporting issues. For more than 10 years, He has been working with international clients in the Services, Hospitality and Real Estate sectors for a Big four’s accounting and financial support department.

Olivier Gentile

Partner Group Information Systems Integration

Olivier Gentile coordinates a team of 25 consultants with the dual-competence of information systems and consolidation, specialists in integrating EPM/CPM solutions, acting within the framework of implementation projects, application maintenance and training.

Chrystelle Héberlé

Partner Controlling and Consolidation

A Chartered Accountant, Chrystelle Héberlé is in charge of business development and managing the Consolidation and Reporting service line. She also leads the management control activity composed of 25 consultants.

Gaëtan Lemaître

Partner Payroll and HR Administration

In 2008, Gaétan joined an accounting firm to launch and manage payroll outsourcing services. As National Director of the Payroll offering, he had been in charge of developing and promoting SIRH, payroll management services and social consultancy for the past 3 years.

Matthew Parry

Partner Group Information System Integration

A specialist in change management for finance-function transformation projects in international environments, Matthew Parry supports finance and accounting departments in the implementation of information systems, assistance in the production of financial information, process reviews and the bringing into compliance of internal systems controls and audits.

Daniel Wickers

Partner Real Estate

A sector specialist, Daniel Wickers manages a team of 30 employees supporting real-estate businesses in their common accounting management projects in the context of setting-up acquisition/sale projects.

Jack Capps

Director Real EState

Jack Capps, a certified public accountant, assists French and international real estate investment funds throughout the investment cycle (acquisition, operation, realization and portfolio arbitrage). In particular, he has in-depth knowledge of specialized vehicles such as OPCIs, SIICs and other FIAs.

Héloïse Hegy

Director Interim Management and Accounting Support

Within this department, Héloïse Hegy coordinates a wide range of actions relating to client satisfaction, to the achievement of assignments, employee follow-up and recruitment. She intervenes directly in a number of structures with a team of approximately forty employees dedicated to this activity.

Guillaume Hubert

Director Controlling

Guillaume Hubert holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Market Finance. He mainly assists financial departments in performance management and operational consulting. He has an in-depth knowledge of reporting and cash management issues.

Katia Panaget

Director
Consolidation & Reporting Group

With a master’s degree in Auditing, Controlling, and Accounting, Katia Panaget started her career in consolidation with a major French dairy cooperative group before joining Primexis in 2015. Since then, she has been assisting French and international groups with preparing their consolidated financial statements as well as with financial consulting assignments.

Nadège Raviart 

Director Group Information System Integration

Nadège Raviart holds a Master’s degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille (SKEMA) and joined Primexis in 2012 as a Manager. She began her career in the subsidiary of a major French insurance group. After a period in a consulting firm, she continued her career in a French CAC 40 multinational as a functional administrator.

Nathalie Severin

Director Social & HR Consulting

Nathalie Severin holds a Master’s degree in HR and has held several positions in international SMEs and ETIs. For more than 20 years, Nathalie has acquired a strong expertise in development, HR consulting, project management and transformation.
