A chartered accountant, auditor and holder of a degree in law from the University of Lille II, Lamyaa Bennis joined the firm in 2017 as a Partner of the Public-Sector division to strengthen the firm’s positioning among players in the Social Housing and Development sector.
She regularly works as a consultant, accountant and auditor for social developers and landlords She has extensive experience with and a thorough knowledge of development and housing stakeholders, particularly in the Paris region.
She is also co-author of the “guide comptable des EPL – activités immobilières” (Local-public-enterprise accounting guide – real-estate activities) edited by the Federation of EPLs) Responsible for training, she regularly works with the public operators of the public housing operators (SEM, SPL, ESH, OPH etc.) and local authorities on the subjects of housing and development
A chartered accountant and auditor, Didier Clément joined the firm in 2011 as a Partner of the Public-Sector division to grow the real-estate department’s activity.
A recognized expert with the main social landlords, the Union Sociale pour l’Habitat (social housing union), the Fédération des Entreprises Publiques Locales (EPL, local public enterprises) and intitutionals (DHUP, CDC, CGLLS etc.) Didier Clément is also an honorary chairman of the working group HLM/CIL at the national auditing body, the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC).
He leads the master’s course “Dirigeant du Logement Social” (“social housing director”) at the University of Paris-Dauphine in partnership with the USH. He is co-author of the “Guide des restructurations juridiques des organismes de logement social” (Guide to the legal restructuring of social housing bodies), written on behalf of the CGLLS. Within Primexis, Didier Clément and his team of managers are in charge of social real-estate activity.
A chartered accountant and holder of a postgraduate diploma in social law, Christine Clérin joined the firm in 1982 as an accountant intern. For more than fifteen years she carried out several accounting roles: bookkeeping, monitoring, consolidation, audit, organization.
In 2005, Christine Clérin became a partner at Primexis. Now heading the Payroll and HR Administration department, she leads and supervises the management and training of a dedicated team.
Her roles include developing the activity, leading projects within the scope of payroll-outsourcing assignments, auditing payroll departments and corporate and organizational advisory assignments. Christine Clérin is a trainer for Francis Lefebvre where she runs Payroll-news clubs and delivers training for its clients and for various organizations.
A chartered accountant and a graduate of the EDC Paris Business School, Sébastien Courbe joined Primexis in 1995.
Since 1998 he has specialized in consolidation and was appointed partner in charge of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2005.
Sébastien Courbe now runs a team of 80 employees spread over three service lines dedicated to consolidation and reporting, to the integration of group information systems and to management control.
He works in numerous sectors of activity (industry, services, banking, insurance, real estate and others) as well as for large groups and medium-sized businesses, listed or not.
Since 2013, Sébastien has also carried out the role of General Manager and is a member of the steering committee.
A graduate of the HEC business school, chartered accountant and auditor, Sonia Dussart joined Primexis in 2016 as a Partner for the chartered accounting department.
After having her career in the audit departments of the Big 4, she joined the financial management team of Galeries Lafayette to support them in their IFRS-standards transition project.
In 2007, Sonia Dussart created her own accounting and audit firm dedicated to SMEs and subsidiaries of international groups.
With this wealth of experience, Sonia Dussart now leads the Accounting department alongside Didier Hémion. A specialist in project management, she supports clients in their accounting-function transformation and accounting-tool optimization projects.
Entrepreneur and intrapreneur, Sonia Dussart is also involved, internally, in developing the firms working-methods, steering its digital transition.
Holder of a Master’s in Finance and Management from the Edhec Business School, Olivier Gentile joined the firm in 2005 to develop the its expertise in group information systems, and particularly SAP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
He began his career in 1999 at one of the leaders in financial protection and then in a consulting firm as a consultant in implementation and consolidation.
A specialist in the challenges of consolidating and implementing reporting tools, Olivier Gentile was appointed a Partner of the information systems integration service as part of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in January 2016.
Olivier Gentile coordinates a team of 25 consultants with the dual competence of information systems and consolidation, specialists in integrating EPM/CPM solutions, intervening within the framework of implementation projects, application maintenance work and training on SAP Financial Consolidation and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management tools.
A chartered accountant and holder of a postgraduate diploma in “Stratégie, Planification, contrôle de l’entreprise” (strategy, planning and business supervision – University Paris IX Dauphine – Master 202) and a master’s in accounting and Finance (MSTCF, University Paris XII), Chrystelle Héberlé joined Primexis in 1996.
She first began working within the Accounting and Finance Assistance department before joining the Accounting department and then specializing in consolidation and reporting in 2000.
In 2012, Chrystelle Heberlé was appointed director within the Reporting, Consolidation and Control department and supported numerous large companies in all business sectors.
Since 2015, she has also led a new service line in the department dedicated to management control. Chrystelle Heberlé became a partner in 2017.
A chartered accountant and auditor, Didier Hémion began his career in 1985 within the audit firm Price Waterhouse, which he left in 1997 to join Primexis as manager of the division “International Business Services” (IBS).
Didier Hémion carried out legal audit activity for businesses in various different sectors (energy, automobile, mass distribution, printing, press, real estate, leisure parks) as well as industrial companies and services.
Under his direction, Primexis’ accounting department conducts accounting assignments, among others, on behalf of subsidiaries of large French and international groups: bookkeeping, reporting, accounting reviews, preparation and formatting of financial statements and tax returns.
Among these specific clients from major groups, Didier Hémion has successfully used his skills associated with their particular challenges, these being international standards (IFRS, US GAAP), tax integration and reporting.
Jean Christophe Lemière joined Primexis in 1995.
During his time within the firm, he quickly specialized in support assignments on behalf of the finance and accounting departments of major groups. Jean Christophe Lemière became a Partner of the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2006 and was appointed General Manager of the firm.
In particular, he leads support assignments in consolidation and those supporting the transfer to IAS/IFRS standards for major French groups.
In 2010, Jean-Christophe Lemière became the director of the Banking-Insurance – Consulting department in order to provide dedicated support to the finance and accounting departments of this sector.
Since 2016, he has also led the Finance and Accounting Assistance department.
A chartered accountant and graduate of the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Poitiers (Master’s in Accounting and Finance), Olivier Touchard joined Primexis in 1988.
He helped to create the consolidation department which he has led for a number of years. The head of this department, he is in charge of consolidation and accounting and finance-assistance assignments for major international groups.
He then became a Partner of the firm in 1998, General Manager in 2002 and Chairman of the Board in 2007. He essentially manages consolidated-accounts preparation assignments under IFRS standards and advises on group information systems for numerous key accounts.
He is a member of the European governance committee of the network The Leading Edge Alliance
Holder of a Master’s in Accounting and Finance, Daniel Wickers began his career at Primexis in 1996 within the Accounting department. After working for the Accounting and Finance Assistance department, he took part in developing outsourced accounting for major groups.
In 2002, he became the Manager of the new Real-Estate department. During the year 2006, he contributed to work which made Primexis the first French firm to achieve SSAE18– ISAE 3402 certification.
Appointed Partner in January 2015, Daniel Wickers supervises a team of 30 employees and contributes to developing the department’s activity, particularly with French and foreign real-estate investment funds.
A recognized specialist among real-estate players, he regularly works in an advisory role on specific and complex real-estate operations. Each year, Daniel Wickers takes part in the main real-estate exhibitions, including MIPIM and SIMI which bring together the sector’s leading players.
Of French-British origin, Daniel Wickers is also one of the leading partners on the LEA international network, helping to respond to the challenges of foreign groups.
