Primexis relocates to Tour Pacific La Défense and adopts the activity based-office

On December 3rd, 2018, Primexis will bring its 300 employees together under a single roof, at their new state-of-the-art offices located on the 21st floor of La Défense’s Tour Pacific.

Covering 2600 square meters, the new premises will offer 185 individual workstations and 100 collaborative workstations, with meeting rooms, boxes, co-working spaces…. and a lounge area to provide a convivial space.

This move has a twofold objective: to change our working methods to improve the firm’s performance while developing well-being at work and to have more space to absorb our growth forecasts “says Sébastien Courbe, Managing Director

This installation is a real collective project within Primexis, with 25 self designated employees : the Prim’Officers, representing the entire firm, actively contributing to the design of this project to work differently, to strengthen employee motivation and ownership” said Virginie Huguet, Human Resources Manager.

Now in activity based-office, employees can work in different modes, and have, during their working day, spaces that correspond to their current needs.

In order to support these changes, Primexis has also developed its HR policy, modernised its IT equipment and reviewed its processes to implement activity based-office on a permanent basis:

  • There is no longer any fixed equipment, all employees have the latest generation laptop computer equipped with a softphone system and instant messaging
  • Primexis is committed to the implementation of new technology to digitize its internal processes and adopt a Paper Free policy
  • And finally, the firm has just set up teleworking for all employees.

The Pacific Tower also provides Primexis employees with a wide range of facilities, including a conference centre, fitness area, terrace and garden on its penthouse floor.
