A chartered accountant, Matthew Brongniart joined Primexis in 1998 within the Accounting and Financial Assistance department before joining the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2006.
He began his career at Caderas Martin in 1995 in financial audit.
Appointed Director within the Outsourcing department in 2013, Matthew Brongniart has specialized in consolidated- accounts preparation assignments. He is in charge of a portfolio of outsourcing assignments for the consolidation function, managed under IFRS standards and using the SAP BFC tool.
An IFRS expert, he also works on assignments related to business-combination operations.
He is also a trainer at Francis Lefebvre in subjects related to business combinations.
Olivier Carlier joined Primexis in 2006 within the Consolidation, Reporting and Control department-outsourcing service line to support a client portfolio of major listed groups and medium-sized groups.
Before joining Primexis, Olivier Carlier occupied the position of Group Consolidation and Accounting Manager at Grevin & Cie, after having occupied several positions for ten years within the financial management team of the group Vossloh Cogifer.
Appointed director of the CRC department in 2013, Olivier Carlier specializes in the preparation of consolidated accounts under IFRS for listed groups in various business sectors, and more particularly real estate.
An IFRS expert, her regularly works on advisory assignments related to business combinations.
Olivier Carlier is also a trainer at Francis Lefebvre Formation, and of the master’s course in Consolidation under IFRS standards at the University of Paris Dauphine
A chartered accountant, Eric Chenailler joined Primexis in 1988. Within the Accounting and Finance Assistance department, he carries out a number of roles, firstly within the field of social accounting, and then in the field of consolidation and international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP).
He mainly works on behalf of major listed French groups, particularly in finance director or consolidation management positions, as well as on projects to implement new IFRS standards or integrated financial-instruments management software.
He joined the Accounting department in 2010 where he conducts outsourced-accounting assignments, mainly for non-core business, but often consolidated, subsidiaries of listed French groups, both industrial as well as in banking (holdings, SPV portfolios, runoff activity etc.). As such, he has developed specific skills in the field of financing assets.
Having graduated in Organizational Science from Paris Dauphine, Robert Filser joined Primexis as a Director in 2014.
He began his career in business banking, at Worms, then at BNP Paribas (Group Finance). He then moved into Consulting at Altran, then Mazars, before joining Primexis.
At Primexis, Robert Filser leads directs the Banking-Insurance (regulatory, operational assistance, accounting controls, management controls and data management) and Consulting services (operational consulting and transformation of the finance function).
Holder of a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Paris Descartes, Héloïse Hegy joined Primexis in June 2000.
She began her career in the Accounting department. She then joined the Accounting and Finance Assistant department in 2002, where for 13 years she worked in the accounting departments of key clients, on accounting and tax assistance assignments, internal control, or project management assistance assignments for migrations to the SAP ERP.
Appointed Director within the Accounting and Finance Assistance department, she is in charge of developing the departments activities among the accounting and finance departments of key clients in the industry and services sectors.
